Pilates

Hi all,

I'm thinking of increasing my Pilates days from 1 to 2 a week to increase core strength. Anyone got experience with this?

    From May to October of last year I did Pilates 3x a week. I got really lean and toned and felt a lot better overall (less sore muscles, less stressed more relaxed etc.), but because of other commitments I had to cut back to only one class per week. I definitely noticed a difference within a couple months. WIsh I had the time to stay with the three classes still, but yes, I would recommend that two classes weekly. I hear you really see results when your at least taking twice a week. Good luck!

    Pilates is great! I started doing it because of a back problem, I gained a flat belly! Should go back to it actually, it's fantastic toning and a great stretch too.
