Feeling guilty after everything i eat

it doesnt matter what i eat, unless its like celery or carrots i feel bad about what i eat. i feel like my entire diet is sugar. i have a ton of fruit every day because i dont really have anything else in the house to snack on since i dont grocery shop for myself. 1200 calories a day isnt my "limit" but its so hard to reach that because theres not any healthy high calorie foods in the house. Ive felt this way for a while but its becoming really bad now. I feel like everything i eat just turns into fat. my daily diet is:

oatmeal for breakfast with almond milk, some pumpkin seeds, and cut up strawberries

greek yogurt for lunch (im not hungry at lunch)

a salad with raspberries, strawberries, cucumbers, cauliflower, spinach, grapes, some edamame, a few pieces of red onion, a mandarin, half of an apple, and grilled tilapia. for dessert i always have tollhouse dark chocolate morsels (two tablespoons)

for a snack i have a banana with two tablespoons of almond butter on the side
and i usually just have a special k snack (like a granola bar or something)

Pleaseno rude comments. Im sensitive about this and i just need some help. doctors scare me because i dontwant to go on pills

Im confused. You only eat "clean" foods, but, you feel guilty? I dont think eating disorders are treated with pills, but, I could be wrong.

"I feel like everything i eat just turns into fat."

Sounds like you think food=fat. Thats not a healthy mindset. Perhaps you can educate yourself about nutrition, and have a more realistic perspective, otherwise you'll probably need some kind of professional help.

Speak to your parents, and even though it scares you, you need to speak to a doctor before you do yourself some serious damage.

You are in no way eating bad.
How old are you? You seem quite young, and you seem to be undereating.
Please visit a doctor, or talk to your parents about your disordered thinking.

Really, there are things you do not say to someone in recovery.

OP do not listen to this and please seek advice from your counselor (or a counselor if you aren't already seeing one.
