The day after leg day! Advice needed :)

    I just try hard not to miss a leg day and that helps me. When I miss a day it is bad the next week. When I wasn't eating enough my DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) was the worst. That is what you experience a couple days after a workout when the soreness is the really painful. I still haven't figured out how to keep from it being bad when it happens. I suggest eating more food for recovery on those really tough training sessions. It helps me.
