You lose weight by eating at a deficit. Period.

You gain weight by drinking water. Here is a simple experiment for proof.
you will need a pint of water and a bathroom scale.
First weigh yourself normally (I do naked)
Now hold the cup and weigh yourself again. This should be approximately 1 pound more.
Now Drink the water, hold the empty cup and weigh again. Did you get lighter or heavier?0 -
no, you should do a juice detox cleanse!*
*note: not a real answer, a stupid question deserves a stupid answer.
I'm hoping your trolling!0 -

Simple answer is no then? Whats with the useless posts that do not pertain the question? Also your body doesn't lose lean muscle mass from one day. It will use the energy storage which is fat, simple.0

I also dislike useless posts in threads HOWEVER I don't know how in the world anyone could gather a coherent question from the words you typed.0
