Please, I'm still loosing weekly at the moment and am happy with what I'm having but any tips welcome

  • I have accidentally put my weight lower then I actually was, I have not lost 0kg in 10 days I have dropped 2kg form eating clean =]

    Breakfast:
    rye bread with cream cheese, salami
    or
    rye bread with peanut butter

    lunch:
    protein bar with fruit
    salad and protein bar or shake
    salad is purple cabbage, carrot, raw zucchini and 2 grape tomatoes

    dinner:
    any meat and lots of vege

    Snacks!!
    ( I always cheat!, its good for your soul)
    beef jerky
    80% dark chocolate
    nuts
    cheese
    protein snacks
    yogurt
    cold meat.

    some people may say this is wrong but it works for me and i have even scoffed half a pizza this week (I was weak) and im doing great =}
    bad food makes me feel horrible now.
    I love my diet, so my tip is just eat clean and dont worry about the weight you drop, be happy about it but dont let it run your day. Its how you feel on the inside x
