This was my lunch today as a co worker had 'bad oranges' and I said I would love to use the zest for my lunch... it was so amazing i thought it was worth sharing
Celery - Raw, 1 stalk large (11"-12" long)
Onions - Raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Mushrooms - Raw, 2 large
Red Bell Pepper, 0.5 medium (148g)
Raw Cabbage - *Shredded Raw Cabbage*, 1 cup
Asparagus - Raw, 5 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2")
Garlic - Raw, 1 clove 4
Ginger root - Raw, 1 tsp
Tuong Ot Toi Vietnam - Chili Garlic Sauce, 2 tsp (5 g)
Kikkoman - Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 0.66 tablespoon
Orange Zest - Ingredient, one orange worth
chicken broth 3 tbs
Hampton House - Chicken Breast, 0.5 chicken breast
Kirkland Signature - Roasted & Salted Peanuts Pack, 28.5 g
