TRUE 0 calorie sweetener?

Other than "Stevia in the raw" which leaves a HORRIBLE aftertaste (in my opinion) ... are there any other TRUE 0 calorie sweeteners out there that have a close to sugar taste?
I bake a lot of protein cookies, deserts, and puddings on the weekends for the upcoming week and for snacks and I'm absolutely disgusted with Stevia... I'm almost tempted to use real sugar instead of this crap.

Try straight Stevia - it's so much better. You use extremely little because it doesn't include the fillers that the common commercial brands (including Stevia in the raw) use. You should be able to get it at a health food store--either in the sweetener or supplements section. It will probably come in what looks like a typical spice jar, and it will last a long, long time.
ETA: I'm not sure how it will work in baking since it doesn't have the volume of the additives version, but might be worth trying. Otherwise, I would use natural/unsweetened applesauce to sweeten baked goods.0 -
I believe EZ-Sweetz is a true 0 calorie 0 carb sweetener. It is liquid form and is essentially splenda without the bulking agents. The bulking agents are what have the calories/carbs.0

Awesome! I love Splenda, but, I also watch in how many packs I take in because I enjoy coffee and use it as a pre-workout.
I'm going EZ-Sweet hunting after work! Thanks!0
