    COngratulations!! What are you doing for exercise? 5 inches off the hips is incredible

    I put in 6 hours a week at the gym. 2 days strength and 4 days cardio.

    I plank like crazy!! Probably around 5-10minutes in total each workout.

    I also at my highest weight have been 30 pounds heavier than my current weight...due to the depo shot!!
