1 1/2 whole wheat flour
1 1/2 all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon salt (we use Morton's light because it's not going to hurt you)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
3 Tablespoons melted butter (play with it to get what you like but it's less for us)
2 1/2 cups milk
6 Tablespoons (or 3 Tablespoons) of sugar
*This will make a lot of pancakes. We've tinkered with it to make it our own- you might have to do the same. It's not a lot of calories if you have say 2 or 3 nice sized ones. You can even use 3 cups whole wheat flour (I can't tolerate 100% whole wheat products).
