    Yoga - 3-4x

    2014 Plan [Q3/Q4]
    Weights/SL - 2x
    Yoga - 3x
    Run/Spin - 3x

    I do weights at Step & Tone and Boxing on Sundays, Total Body on Tuesdays, by myself on Wednesdays, and at Insanity on Thursdays.

    As compared to cardio only on Mondays and Fridays.

    Sure I stretch!
