On the days that I run, my watch gives me more calories burned than my Fitbit does. For example, last night I ran 2.75 miles. My Garmin watch said I burned about 350 calories. My FitBit only gave me about 200. Both devices take into consideration my weight. Which one is correct? I try not to eat back the calories I have burned.
Thanks for any help.
