Pre-workout Mix

Hey Guys! I've been terrible at logging my food and workouts lately because I had hit a plateau and was really just pretty disgusted about the whole thing. A friend let me have some samples of his B4 Pre-workout mix and I was completely blown away by the difference. I was able to hit my workouts WAY harder so I got online and ordered myself some. It's all natural energy and loaded with B vitamins and amino acids. I don't exactly know how it works, but I know my scale was stuck since January and now I've dropped 4 lbs and 2 inches in my waist in the two weeks I've been using it. If you're having issues losing weight, lacking motivation, or just want an all natural alternative to chemicals then hit me up for more info. I've bought a membership so I've got all kinds of information I can forward you.

It has the caffeine content of 3 cups of coffee that's why you hit your workouts harder. It's basically a caffeine pill with niacin and vitamin B. I don't buy that you lost two inches on the waist in 14 days, nor is that safe. It takes a lot more than 4 lbs to do that lol.0

Sorry if you don't think I'm credible..but I know my weight and my measurements. I checked them maybe a little too often so I know exactly when I have a loss or a gain. Yep, the B4 has caffeine in it..is it 3 cups worth? I have no idea but I know it's better than drinking my usual coffee that would also have to be loaded with creamer and artificial sweetener just so I like it. I'm a busy mom..so yeah I was relying on caffeine in the form of LOTS of coffee and energy drinks to actually have the energy to still do my P90X workouts either at 530 in the morning or 830 at night when I'm already tired. Is the 2 inches I lost all fat? I DOUBT IT..I've been killing ab ripper since I've started B4 and so my muscles have hopefully tightened up..then there is the fact that I'm no longer drinking the aforementioned carbonated energy drinks. No carbonation means less belly bloat and a leaner tighter tummy. This is working for me. I am absolutely healthy and I do my research. It's a good product for me. You don't have to like it or use it but there are probably others like me, that could use a little help.0
