Note> I could not just select one...I participate in competitive events, thus sport...to train for sport I hit the gym because that's where the weight room is...I participate in endurance cycling events and cyclocross racing primarily and I do most of my saddle time for that outdoors.

- No. It distracts from my lifting when I'm trying to focus.

- When doing cardio I prefer ska or punk. Anything that gets me in a good "f**k you" mood and keeps me from quitting when I get tired.

- I have an HRM, but haven't used it in a while since I'm more focused on building muscle than calorie burns right now.
