TOM binge

:sick: Ugh, I've been so good for over a month and today, due to raging hormones, I binged on some granola bars. I feel so gross now. After work I'll be hitting the treadmill hard to burn some off but I just can't believe how different I feel now afterwards. I can really tell I've had too much overly processed sugary junk. I used to eat like that nearly everyday for lunch. I do NOT want to feel like this again any time soon.
