The New Guy

Hello, my name is Shaun and I just signed on to the site. I am currently in the worst shape of my life. I used to be a gym rat and have been "off the wagon" for the last 3 years. My starting weight was 270 lbs with a light to medium muscle build. My goal is to get down to 185 lbs. while maintaining as much muscle as possible. I will then begin a heavy bulking cycle to build muscle and help fill in loose skin. I was at 200 lbs. three years ago and felt fantastic. I owe it to my beautiful woman, my children and my self to get it back better than ever. I'm looking forward to tracking my progress in real time and getting to know a few new people for encouragement and support. I'm honored to be here.
