Work out question

I lift every day even on weekends. I have taken the past two day's off. On those day's off I just run twice a day 20 min each burning 300 calories each run. I also do stair climber burning another 280 calories. I do burn a lot of calories. Will I lose muscle. I feel as if I did I just as If I have no muscle if I don't lift weights. Also, is 20 minutes a day twice good to do. I do not over train. I jog at a speed of 8.0 on the treadmill. I do not like to go over 20 min.
