Post-workout snack/meal

I was looking for some quick and easy post work out snacks/meals. I started insanity on Monday. Yesterday I was in too much of a rush to eat afterwards, needless to say I ended up with a horrible headache and felt so weak. What are some good post workout meals do you recommend?

    I like Greek yogurt before a workout, or a protein shake.
  • I find that a bit of protein and some carbohydrate help fuel my workout. My favourites are a banana and some peanut butter or some greek yogurt with a sprinkling of fruit. Here are some other ideas:
