Ideas to meet my macros?

I have been under my caloric intake and seem to not be able to get enough calories, fats, carbs. I feel fine personally, but according to my major deficit I'm 'starving' myself. But I do not feel hungry at all, and still enough energy to get through the day. How can I start adding more fats, carbs, calories?
