am i on track??

So I've been a MFP member for a while now, but haven't been very faithful. I Just started (again) a week ago and am feeling good and more motivated this time. I am 5,1 and currently weigh 136 and am not "really" focused on the weight as much as the measurements. I joined the gym last thursday and went to 3 zumba classes, 1 spin class and did a turbo jam dvd(40 min Cardio Party) on a night i couldnt make it to the gym. I usually tend to overdo it when I first start but I really am feeling fine, I haven't been extremely sore but definitely working up a sweat. I believe my diary is open (there might be a day or 2 that wasn't completely logged), id like some input on if I'm going in the right direction and also some ideas for strength training. I've pretty much just been trying some things ive found on pinterest and i have 5 and 10lb dumbells. I'm not brave enough to lift at the gym yet, so those will have to do. Thanks in advance!
