Does anyone know if it matter if you take your Calcuim pills with your one a day vitiamins? I had heard that this is not good and I forgot why. I had to get a 3 a day vitamin this last time so now I need to take them together but I don't want to cancel either of them out.
Thanks in advance for your repsonses.

According to my doctors and nutrionists the answer is NO.:frown: Anything that has iron and magnesium in it (and the multivitamin has both) will not let the calcium absorb.
Since I have to take both (I have has gastric bypass surgery) I take my multi in the a.m. after breakfast, my calcium just before lunch and then my multivitam again after dinner.
Hope this information was helpful to you.:flowerforyou:0 -
Agree, you should take your calcium at least an hour before or after the vitamin so the calcium will absorb better.0

I take my Vitamin and Iron in the morning, so they won't interfer with the Calcium at bedtime.
I was also told not to drink milk with the Iron.0
