NSV and soliciting positive/helpful advice

Last year I ran the Color Vibe 5K in 43 minutes. Since then I have been trying to get my time better, along with having some medical problems and such. I have been at it on the elliptical for a while and I am fairly certain that it measures in Km (or else I just ran the fastest mile I have ever ran lol).

Anyways: today was THE BEST 5K time that I have ever had!!!!! I did it in 35:13!!!!!!

The way the program goes is: 3 min walk, [30s sprint, 30s walk]x5, repeat until 40 min complete, do the 5 min cool down.

All in all today I went 6.26K in 45 min. I am so proud of myself.

Here comes my other part, the positive/helpful advice soliciting...

1. What is your best time for a 5K?
2. How did you get there?
3. Is a 35 min 5K normal for a 26 y/o, 203 lbs, 5'8.5" female?

Thank you!
