I did not now to just about 10 minute ago they had calories didn't even think of this.
Should I count 10 calories a pill. I can not find nutritional info on a lot of them. But at 10 calories a pill that be 140 calories a day "all prescribe buy doc " sry for spelling

I don't count medication - I think that is overkill.

This. That is a little obsessive. Don't worry about it.

I don't think it's over kill. I am sedentary due to chronic illness and I take 16 medications (all prescribed) on a good day. On a bad day there are a few "as needed". You wouldn't tell someone not to count 10 calorie sugar free candies saying it's overkill if they were eating 16 of them every day. Especially for someone unable to exercise heavily due to illness. I'm just not sure the information is out there... plus those are my dessert calories dammit.

If you really want to count medication type it into the data base and it will pop up. A lot of medication I have noticed doesn't have any calories. The only ones I've noticed are things like fish oil
