So unless I basically eat eggs and nuts all day, I have a hard time hitting my protein goal. I'm honestly not even really sure what my goal should be at this point. (132lb, 5"5" female, body fat 22-23%). I am still working on dropping a few more pounds but mostly looking to build muscle. I don't have access to heavy weights, so mostly work with 15-30 lb hand weights, 30DS and power yoga.
I hear lots about protein power/shakes and conveniently have some in the cupboard I thought I'd try (Jay Robb whey protein if it makes a difference). I'm concerned about possible negatives that I'm unaware of. Also, any cautions I should take into consideration?
