Losing Motivation...

I've been at it for almost 6 months now. I have been hard at it in the gym, seeing definition in my legs and arms but NO help losing the Michelin tire belly from my son, five years later... I've hit rock bottom and need some help. I am at the point of going to meal replacements for at least one meal a day... advice anyone?

How has you diet been? Have you been eating lots of simple carbs or salty snacks? All of those foods bloat you and sometimes keep your stomach from flattening. Do you drink juices or energy drinks. Drink all water instead and if you ever need to spice it up try putting some frozen fruit, slices of lemon, or cucumber!!!
Keep at it girl remember its all gonna be soo worth it in the end

I've been at this since mid July and I feel you! My stomach is shrinking but extremely slowly. It's going to be the last thing to go completely. Keep fighting the good fight though and know you're not alone! I've read many threads about people having problems losing belly fat and how it's the hardest to get rid of and the last to go. I will admit, having my daughter has changed my stomach significantly and gave me the dreaded stomach hang. Lifting has helped quite a bit though. Just keep going and don't give up! You will get there!0
