                    Hi, I am new to MFP.  To start, I have already lost 24 lbs, but I have hit a wall.  I feel I need something new to get me to my goal.  I try to stay active by playing hockey, soccer and flag football.  My diet has always been my downfall.  Please feel free to add me.  Any help and support would be great.
