weightloss and your period???

Hey guys ive been one this whole weightloss journey for about a month and a half now and yesterday I started my mental cycle. I WOKE up feeling feel my stomach is way puffer and harder that it usually is I even measured today and the inch that I lost is now back it sucks. I had a couple questions about weightloss and periods. First are you supposed to have more calories than you designated cal limit while on your period? What are some other form of excersise to do while on your period that are a little more comfortable? If I drink lots of water like ive been doing will the bloated go away?
THANK GUYS

-I feel so bad right now as if I gained weight :p

    That typo is PERFECT.

But anyway....I'm the same way with the stomach bloating. It's not permanent, so don't let it bother you. I personally try to do my normal workout routines. Sometimes it's difficult to get motivated, and other times it's just not happening. I do find that I feel better when I get my workout done, though. It seems to help with pain and fatigue. It's said that you do burn more calories while on your period. You don't necessarily have to eat more, but I wouldn't beat yourself up about it you do!

It's just another week for me... no change in calorie intake or change in routine... sure I may be a little crankier, but life moves on and it passes and I am happy until the next month...

Lol im sorry I just noticed that typo...it is pretty funny huh! Thanks for the advice I did 20 minutes of cardio and 10 of pilates today. And even after that I felt huge. Lol I guess its just my mind and that menstrual mentality lol im gonna try not to worry to much. And avoid weighing myself this week!
