pain after exercising

Ok I used to do Bokwa which I loved and could have gone to 7 days a week. Although I didn't lose tons of weight I felt really great in my skin and fit. Classes got cancelled so I have been trying out other stuff like kinesis express, powerplate and doing quite a bit of swimming. I have two problems -nausea whilst exercising, especially when doing stuff like burpees and 3-4 day recovery periods after willpower and grace class, which I enjoy but suffer immensely for afterwards. I try to keep mobile to prevent my body seizing up but truly am in agony. any advice?

Not eating enough can certainly hinder your recovery. Also not warming up properly and a nice cool down.
The nausea while exercising can be a few different things. Low blood sugar, eating before working and not having enough time to digest, breathing incorrectly. Also, make sure your well hydrated before a workout, is more important, in my opinion, then during your workout.
It's good your trying to keep mobile after a tough workout, especially the next day. I tend to do bodyweight exercises that mimic whatever activity I was doing that cause the soreness.0 -
I try not to eat before exercising and will drink hydrating fluid like lucozade sport as a trainer told me water will just bag me up. I'm doing 5:2 and think I eat ok. I hardly ever drink other when I'm exercising though. just never thirsty. Blood pressure is ok and RHR is 50. When I do stomach exercises I seem to get very nauseous and sometimes dizzy. I have a mortal fear of throwing up in a class so maybe don't push myself as hard as I could but nausea is a huge demotivator. I'm hoping that as time goes on the pain won't be so debilitating as my body adjusts. In meantime i will continue to change it up.0

To be honest, it seems like you're doing everything you should be. So you're right, maybe just changing little things or tweaking things you're already doing, and see how you feel. It's not uncommon to sometimes feeling nauseous, but if its a reoccurring thing, I'd take it more seriously. As far as dizziness, I get it often when lifting heavy, but that's my fault for forgetting to breath hahah0
