Hey guys.
I'm new to myfitnesspal, but definitely not to weight loss. I've been struggling with my weight for a long time. My mom had me dieting in elementary school. I also struggle because I have celiac disease (no wheat, rye, barley, oats) and I am thinking I'm lactose intolerant, so I've cut that out.

Things also get complicated because I'm a senior in college, and going into a masters program soon. So I'm very busy!

But I've made a lot of headway already, I'd lost 15 lbs before I joined this site, and 4 pounds since using it (FINALLY bought a decent scale today).

I'm looking forward to my progress. I started at 290lbs, hope to get to 144lbs, less than HALF my weight!!
