So, nobody has any fasts or food restrictions?

I refuse to join any religion that imposes restrictions on my diet or lifestyle.

    100% keto friendly, though.

And very high in saturated fat if they're from the states.

I wonder......if a person eats all the carbs, would eating them make them not keto-friendly because they have carbs in them?

Someone needs to do research on that because if I have to eat someone for survival, I don't want to ruin my keto streak!

I think only if you go after the contents of their digestive tract.

Hair is probably pretty much fiber, though, so that'd count as carbs, technically.

And of course you could always put some nice sauce on them, which likely contains sugar.

If I were to eat a Muslim, Jew, Hindu or other non-catholic, I would make sure they are vegetarians. Preferably spending a lot of time consuming grains. The meat eating variety could be a bit "gamey"

I fast for Ramadan (obligatory) and other Muslim holidays voluntarily, but I never thought of having caloric goals. Most people gain weight during Ramadan because they overeat after sundown. I tend to lose my appetite after a few days, so I can't really overeat. I don't know if this helps. Please don't eat me. :flowerforyou:
