Hi,
I'm new here and I'm having trouble with the baby weight and keeping control of what/when I eat. Being a single mom to a two year old with full time work, it isn't easy to get exercise in either. Not really sure where to start, and I figure ill do better on here if I have some motivation! Need some like minded friends on here to help

Im in a similar situation. Start with small steps:
1. Log food in daily, be honest..
2. exercise where you can fit it in.
3. Read other peoples diary's and get ideas for food and work outs.
4. Ask questions, and don't be afraid to ask for help...
5. set real goals..
