I've been on and off with exercise and eating right for about a year now and I finally decided it's time to stick with it. At 25 (soon to be 26) I've found that since I'm no longer as active as I used to be that I have gotten quite lazy and out of shape. I could definitely use some workout and recipe tips (sadly I'm quite a picky eater). It's time to put down the xbox controller and do something about it since only I can decide I want to change me! I also want to show my family that being healthy doesn't mean you ALWAYS have to give up those unhealthy tasty cakes but that moderation, a healthy diet and exercise can make you feel much better. I've already cut out caffeinated drinks and drink almost 70 ounces of water a day with limited sugary drinks. Please feel free to add me as a friend, though if you turn out to be a creeper, I won't be afraid to remove your friend status!
