Leg Day versus running

I currently run a 5K once a week and then try to run at least 2 miles two other times per week. I do compound lifting, agility drills and very basic beginner plyo. I also box and take zumba and combat classes for fun.
Do I need to workout legs separately or is the running and compound lifts (which include squats and lunges) enough?
