Mug cheesecake

Craving cheesecake but don't want the temptation of a whole cake? This is pretty satisfying!

45g light cream cheese, room temperature
24g confectioner sugar
28g nonfat Greek yogurt (or sour cream I guess)
1/2 egg
Couple drops of lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Mix well, microwave for 2 minutes, let cool the put in the fridge for 2 hours. I added chocolate graham crumbs on top, but feel free to add whatever you like.

Without the topping - 237 calories, 27g carbs, 9g fat, 9g protein.

    I am sooo adding cream cheese to my grocery list! :smile:

    I know you use a food scale, but do you have approximate measurements in Tbsp/tsp?

    It's about 2 tbsp of sour cream or Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp of cream cheese and 2 tbsp of sugar (no idea if using substitutes!).
