I have noticed some BIG differences in calculations of calories that are on this app regarding different resteraunts. I am trying to write down everything but it get tough when u can see two different foods from a resteraunt that has two different calorie amounts. I tend to use the bigger amount to play it safe. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have as well... I also use the larger numbers just incase, OR I will do a quick web search of the company's web site and double check the calories!!0

Most info is user added and it is not all accurate. It is best to double check with the original source before adding.0

I usually find the nutrition info on the restaurant website and match it to what's listed here on MFP. If I can't find it online, I will use the higher calorie option in the MFP database0
