Goal: Last few lbs

Okay, so I only have that last few pounds/ last few trouble spots if you will. I am dying to be done by AT LEAST summer. I was hoping to be there by now but apparently that didn't happen! Any tips? I am trying to up my stamina running and thought maybe the extra cardio after lifting may help but I was just wondering if anyone has any other ideas. I am going on a trip to Lake Powell with my boyfriends family and his baby sister is so skinny and I refuse to be uncomfortable next to her in a bikini like every other year! So the moral of the story is any tips would be awesome (:
