My 30 Day Challenge!

Reality is starting too set in as I am getting married next month!! I still haven't lost any of my baby weight, lol!! I am going to create my own challenge that will require me to log my food and exercise EVERYDAY for 30 days. I took a before picture and I will take another one, 30 days from today to see my results. I know it doesn't seem like much of a goal or a challenge but my goal is more of me being persistent and sticking to a low carb, clean diet and exercising everyday as I find myself falling off after only a few days.

Here goes nothing! :)

    I did that last August getting ready to be a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding!! Its amazing what you can do in a month (especially if you dont have any alcohol during that time too) :wink:

    I'll join you all too. I am training for an obstacle course and am now working with a sports nutritionist to see why my efforts don't bear fruit.

    Okay.. I am going to call today, day 2, lol! I did eat well over the weekend and stuck to my eat clean diet and low carbs but I didn't get a chance to work out. We did go out shopping and getting stuff for the weekend so I spent most of it walking the entire weekend which is good. I had started a paper journal but found it difficult to write in and easier to write here so over the next 30 days (or 28 now, lol) I am going to keep my personal daily journal here along with my food. I plan on hitting the gym, going for a walk and sneaking in some squats while playing with my baby. :smile:

    Interested in another member? I lost all my baby weight and am trying to avoid gaining the final 10 back ... with no baby to show for it! I similarly have to be a bridesmaid in June :(
