Mid Section...need help

Ok. I have started this week on a cardio routine...Zumba. I obviously need to do more for muscle strenght and MID SECTION weight loss. Does anyone have any tips for the butt and the gut removal :tongue: ? I do not have money for a gym. I have a weight bench at home that my husband bought me a year ago...has only been used a few fimes. I cannot lift more than 5 lbs at this point. So....who has any pointers for me???? Ready....set....go.:laugh:

    Unfortunately you don't get to pick which area you lose fat from the most. Just keep up the hard work and add some strength training. Having more muscles burns more calories at rest from what I understand.
