how to log strength training?

I'm a little lost on how to log strength training. I've just started back to the gym this week and have only been doing about a half hour on weight machines and half hour on cardio. However, when I put in the strength training that I did with the weight and reps it doesn't say that I burned anything. For example I did 75lbs on the leg press for 3 reps of 15, doesn't this count for anything or am I just not doing enough? I don't want to be burning more than I think and then be seriously under eating.

It's hard to determine calories burned from ST. I'm assuming you're logging under Strength. If you want a burn estimate, log itin the generic "strength training". Entry under Cardio. That's what I do.0
