"Big ticket" items: Clif Builder's Bars (20g of protein/serving), Boca Vegan burgers (17g of protein/serving), SunWarrior Blend protein powder (23g of protein/serving), PlantFusion protein powder (21g of protein/serving).
"Whole food" items: quinoa, chickpeas, black beans, tempeh, tofu.0 -

Beans, quinoa, nuts, almond milk and cheese are my favorites. I hope to transition my family into a mostly vegan diet with eating cheese and fish on occasion but no other animal products.0

plain greek yogurt is about 18-20 grams of protein.
if you also do not eat dairy, I would go with quinoa and beans/nuts. combo.0 -
