Fitness Blender 4 Week for Beginners

Anyone else just getting started on a Fitness Blender program? I am 12 days in and intend to do the same one a second round before moving on to a longer, more intense one. I'd like to have some accountability buddies :o)

I started around mid February! I haven't stuck with their schedule because I run too and it was too much to do on one day...plus some of the workouts are long and with two little ones, my schedule is unpredictable. I'm on #12 and will probably do that tomorrow since tonight is a run night!

I just finished their beginner program and really enjoyed it--it was a nice ramp up program, and it's pretty straightforward to modify it up or down as you get back into shape. Good luck!

I am building my strength back up so I can run again. I am just starting to be physically healthy again. I can walk at a 3.8 mile per hour pace for an hour but as soon as I start running, I have issues with my hips, ankle and knees. I'm hoping that by strengthening the muscles surrounding my trouble joints it will make it possible for me run...and bicycle again.

I agree. I like that they show you how to modify the exercises. I will do this program at least two times through until I can do the exercises fully then move on to one of the 8 week programs.
