    oP - as others have said it has only been two weeks and it usually takes four to six weeks to see results…

    Do you own a food scale….weigh/measure everything…log all your food?

    YOu might want to consider a program of heavy lifting with compounds…but that is just my opinion...

    Yes I weigh everything :) I try to stick to the food in the nutrition booklet and turn it into english versions haha
