Am I working too hard?

Hi guys,

I've been working out for awhile now, but decided to buy an HRM a few weeks ago and get more serious with some zone training cardio. One of the things I've been tracking is my 1m recovery rate(how far down my heartrate goes down after workout). The first week it was always in the 20's. This week its slowing getting worse each workout and this morning was only 10. I'm wondering if I'm pushing myself too hard and need to take it easy a few days(couple of zone1 workouts). Is this something I need to worry about or should I just keep pushing myself as normal.
