Hi all
I'm going on my first ski holiday for 4 years in 10 days time. I'm really hoping I'm fit enough for it, been doing kettle bells classes and spin for the last 4 months, so feeling strong. any last minute tips?

Squats and lunges would be good.
Last year I went skiing for a week with zero prep (I didn't exercise back then). I did fine. I am sure I will do better this year since I actually exercise now!

Back in the day, a lot of skiers I knew had one of those balance boards -- a board about the size of a skate board, that you place on top of a round, cylinder of wood and rock back and forth. You have to keep your knees bent and it works your legs a bit like skiing does. . . .
Yeah, i don't know.0
