I know people knock him, but finally learned something really useful on Dr. Oz!

Smoking alcohol? Who knew! You get a buzz with almost no calories. Hummmm. Looking into this.

    it helped me lose 4 pounds in 2 days.

    Also I was cutting calories and exercising, but it was totally the ethanol vapor.
