Hey everyone,
So I am wanting to lose cms on my waist and hips (just generally tone my stomach) and also thighs.
I was wondering if anyone had any fitness advice and even diet advice if it is relevant to my goal.
Thanks guys

calorie deficit will help you lose cms. if you want to tone, i would lean towards lifting weights in some form or fashion... the weights will help firm and tone the muscles as the cms come off from the calorie deficit...0

Eat at a deficit, lift some weights, and get in some good cardio. That's about it! Find a program you like. If you like what you're doing, you'll be more likely to stick with it. If you hate running, try some other form of cardio like spin or rowing. If you hate lifting weights, try body weight exercises like pushups and squats.0
