Hey Guys!!!

Hello, My name is Jermaine. I have actually used My Fitness Pal off and on for two years, although I didnt take it seriously. Now I do, especially after getting a desk job and gaining 20 pounds because of it. But yeah basically I came in two weeks ago at 325, I am now down to 317. I have been taking a selfie every week to start my before and after, I have tried to drink more water and watch portions, and I have also used my Kinect a lot more. I am going to join a gym soon, preferably 24 hour fitness or Lifetime fitness, but since they too expensive I am going to use the fitness DVDs first.

Oh and Im in the Dallas, TX area if anyone wants to friend me.

Also, how do you get that banner on your posts saying you lost weight?
