Does anyone know of any foods or natural nutrition that can help with memory?

I don't know about food, but using your brain in an engaging task daily, especially tasks involving creativity or problem solving, can let you keep away dementia and build practice with memory. :)

Consider yourself lucky. Topomax made me want to murder people. Seriously. All the people.

Yikes. I've heard it has the potential to affect mood. What dosage were you on?

BF was doing some research and found some reports about Coffee helping stave off altimeters.

If it is true I have no idea if would help in a case where altimeters has already started to set in.

For me I wont be giving up coffee any time soon. Just In Case.. Fingers Crossed

Those "brain gym" exercises are probably most effective. Also stop/reduce drinking alcohol. That will help with memory. In terms of food specifically, I think just eat a balanced and varied diet as best you can. No one food will fix memory problems.

Foods? I got nothin'. Now exercises? I can think of a few physical activities that might help you out.
