1kg fat loss by only diet or strength training too?

Options
So after reading a lot of forums and posts I decided to go only 20% below my calorie maintanence...1800cal...my BMR is 1770 so I am taking x1.2 thinking about it as sedantary life
So if I go 20% below which is about 500cal def...it will give me .5kg roughly lose....
So if I do 3times strength exercise and 3timws cardio a week...will I lose about 500gm more??

If I do 3times

Fat loss is mostly to do with availing the body with the tools to do that which is adequate protein, weight resistance in a progressive fashion, and a deficit, do that and that's what happens. Leave the exercise out and the amount of fat loss is lessened by the increase in muscle loss. If your goal is too just lose weight then the path of least resistance (pun intended) is diet only.

    TDEE includes your exercise calories.

My maintenance is 2000 calories which includes exercise.

    I eat 1600 and lose 1lb a week.

If you are using TDEE calculate it with your exercise...not at sedentary. That's NEAT.

As for your question who knows how much more you will lose but keep in mind 1800 is the min for a man.
