Well had a falling out with people on here when i was in a bad place.

Didn't stray to hard from the diet , only put on 5 pounds in the 6 months i left the site. Been keeping active , looking to get down to 13 stone mark before summer. Bang on 14 stone at the moment , was 13 stone 4.

However at the start of last year i was between 18 and 19 stone.

Just looking for some friends to add my new page.
