Struggling to get below natural weight!

My natural weight is between 136 and 140 I think. Atm I'm 137 and its so hard to get lower. I need to be 126lb and must be at leased 133lb by august, its really important. Its just killing me atm, I took a (rake this week (partelly because I've gone to 2 birthday things and I'm also recovering from the flu so I need the extra but I go back to my diet tomorrow. I'm oddly looking forward to it but I'm worried it won't work. Anyone got any motivational tips?

The closer you are to goal, the more slowly you lose. That's just the way the human body works. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week and be patient.

Why do you have to be at some arbitrary number? If it's because you don't like the way you look that's more a function of body composition and too much fat and not enough muscle. Make certain you are doing resistance training with weight that is heavy to you. Make certain you are eating at a deficit-be scrupulous with your measuring and weighing of your food and be conservative with your calorie burns. But not too big of a deficit! Even with a HRM. Also, with that little to lose, your body is going to hold onto it for dear life.

your profile says you have to get that low for your job? what kind of job is that? And why do you need to go so low at 5'7"?? Weight is arbitrary, with being so tall you are going to struggle to get any lower. Try a small deficit (250/day) and lifting weights to change your looks instead.

Perhaps she needs to get that low for competition reasons? Maybe she's a jockey from what her profile pic shows? I think jockeys are required to be of a certain weight in order to ride in comps.

Anyway, OP, as others have said, it will be slow going since you're so close to your goal. If you are set up to lose .5lbs a week, you should be able to get to your goal by August.

I'm an equine student atm, but finish in early june, i am working with racehorses as a groom atm but i don't ride. i want to star exercising around early next year but i want to do flat racing so the weight is low, most jobs ask for a maximum of 60kg but that is including whatever you've eaten, riding clothes, boots (that can be pretty heavy) and hat.
I don't want to have to worry about my weight when i go for a job interview. so i want to go to 57/58kg just to be 100% sure that that wont be a problem.
